Strives AI

Strives.ai is an AI-powered business planning platform that helps companies build data-driven strategies. The platform leverages a multi-agent AI system to automate and streamline complex business planning workflows through an intuitive dashboard interface.

As a core developer, I built the landing page and the central dashboard that powers the entire platform. The dashboard orchestrates 20+ specialized AI agents across structured project phases and analysis workflows, connected through a chat-based wizard interface with streaming LLM responses. I worked across the full stack — React Server Components for data fetching, Server Actions for mutations, Prisma with PostgreSQL for structured planning data, Redis for caching, and Stripe and BetterAuth for payments and authentication.

Beyond development, I managed the infrastructure and DevOps side — organizing the GitHub repositories, handling Vercel deployments, and managing multiple credentials across the organization. The project was built with Next.js 16, TypeScript in strict mode, the Vercel AI SDK, and a full quality pipeline including ESLint, Prettier, Vitest, and Storybook — all within a pnpm monorepo, collaborating with an international startup team across Croatia and Austria.
